Hi
I am looking for some advice regarding a spare space saver wheel for my nissan quashqai tekna 2012 with 18 inch tyres on it.
I have been offered a quashqai Spare space Saver 145/90 R16. But I am not sure if it will be suitable for my car.
Any advice would be much appreciated

Welcome to this forum

Any Qashqai spare wheel will fit any Qashqai. All Qashqai spares are either 16" or 17" - but they have higher profile tyres to match the rolling diameter of the fitted wheels.

Remember you need a jack and wheelbrace too - and preferably the correct foam fitments to house them all.

Moggy4, firstly welcome to the Forum. There has recently been a similar post (see attached) or use the “Search” which is full of facts on Spare Wheels, Sizes etc put together over the years. We have a 16” Wheel Kit which we originally put together with our Nissan Dealer using QQ J10 Parts and was in our QQ J11A and now in the J11B - Dave 😃

For my 2012 I got one online from The Wheel Shop. https://www.thewheelshop.co.uk/

Its a 16 inch wheel complete with jack and wrench and fits in the space intended for it in the boot. The only thing you need to watch out for is the lifting height of the jack. Its too low to completely free the wheel from the ground so you may need something to place under it. Alternatively buy the wheel seperately and get a different jack that gives more lift.
