Long story short. I was told to replace the MAF SENSOR by the garage due to low power issues etc.
Whilst I waited for the part to arrive I drove with the maf disconnected and it drove fine.
Fitted the new MAF sensor - red eng light and traction control lights remain on?
Any ideas?
Cheers

That may be a problem for you..the new MAF could be defective? However, the ECU should learn the performance characteristics of the new MAF which is a procedure conducted by the Nissan Consult tool. Thats according to Nissan diagnostics.

Could also be that the fault code needs to be removed from the ECU with a reader.calnorth wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 12:53 pmThat may be a problem for you..the new MAF could be defective?
