Door Unlocking Issue

From last two days in my N Connecta 2016 model, I can't be able to open the driver side door from oitside by pressing the I button or remote keys after long parking.

At the same time I can open all other 3 doors and boot from outside & driver side door from inside after pressing the I button of the driver side door itself.

Also I noted all the locking and unlocking functions well just after stop / switch off the engine after traveling a while.

Can anyone please help me in this regard.

Sounds like driver door handle antenna is faulty.

I'm not fully understanding your situation but it sounds like a mechanical failure of the handle mechanism to me.

Are you saying that none of the time can you open the door with the external handle?

The door external handle works if the door is not locked,

I can open the door using the external handle.

But after locking the door and Unlocking by remote key or by I key the door can't open by external handle, can only unlock using mechanical Key.

It appears the mechanical operation of the handle and manual keying as good. Will the driver door release when you stand about 3 foot from the door and press the handle button only? Thats with I key present. Either passenger or driver door button should release all doors?

Yes the mechanical operation works well....

And the I key release all the door except the driver side door. Even the driver side I button release all other doors and able to open all other doors except to open itself.

Sounds like the door lock actuator is on its way out or has had it already.

You can buy a new actuator and just swap it out, though check the model number on your current one before getting a replacement.
