Having issues with a persistent high pitched continuous sound from the front of the car. Only switching the sidelights or headlights on will switch it off. Had to disconnect the battery while leaving car in road as causing a nuisance.
Narrowed it down to a
26350W: BUZZER ASSY-ENTRY CARD Part 25640JD10A
Also used on a Infinity QX60 where it is better described as a DOOR LOCK CONTROL MODULE KEYLESS SECURITY ENTRY CARD BUZZER
Removed the device pending a visit to the main dealer to see whether this has failed or other electrical issue. Note that the ambient temperature is reporting randomly between -40 and 16oC
Picture below - it sits behind the grill top left of the horn. Did not want to lift photos from elsewhere due to protocol so this is my own.
Will update with outcome and what this device does in detail!

Far as I can tell from diagnostics, and its placement, its to do with the intelligent key warning (OUTSIDE BUZZER)
Sounds by the request signal from Intelligent Key unit via CAN communication,
Door Lock/Unlock problem...or duff buzzer?

My 2017 beeps a bit if I get out with engine running and close the driver door. Buzzers are subject to distorting themselves over time.

SOLVED BY MAIN DEALER!!
Water ingress into the back of the glovebox resulted in a wet connection, This meant signal was sent to the buzzer. Drained the water and now fully functional. Buzzer is ok , just bad connection due to water. All good!
Now need a smoke test to determine where the water leak is............................ Either windscreen or glass roof.
