Hi, it seems quite a new car to have those problems, how many miles has it done?
Could be a number of things, sticking brake caliper, would need pad removal, dust cleaned out and sliding pins greased. Could be a worn ball joints,
Need to check on ramps with a pry bar.
I'm pretty sure the front will be the culprit.
Have you checked your tyres for any bumps or swellings, could be out of round if a faulty tyre.
You'll need to get it checked out

Brake disk excessive runout can be one of the reason ( lateral brake disk runout - check youtube)
That needs to be checked as it might be something more serious.

I had a similar problem just after my pads and discs where changed . Took it to the local garage who confirmed the discs were badly warped. Less than 10K miles on them and they were replaced under warranty for the parts.
