Corroded and warped 13k miles ?
Thats not good, bad luck, just looked at mine 17k now and all fine, must have been a duff batch.
Not right though, they'll replace free as it's a safety issue, if not you'd be right to make a right stink about it.

I had a fronts replaced under warranty , even though it was a high mileage use car - IE 600 miles per week.
I argued that they were not corroded in any way , the car did not stand for long periods un used , and that the brakes were not used as much in the scale of overall mileage total due to the car living mostly on the motorway.

The car had covered some 25K when this happened.

Owning the car from new is also a bonus when talking to a dealer I find.

Hmmm, I remember this far too easily with our previous 07 J10 QQ.
Started around the second or third year of ownership if I recall correctly, corroded and warped front discs, had a struggle with Nissan to have them replaced under warranty, but with the help of What Car magazine we finally had them replaced. Later informed by either my local independent mechanic or What Car, cannot remember who, the front discs were far too small in diameter and thickness for the size of car?
All in all in the 14 years that we had the QQ a total of 5 pairs of front discs were replaced, 102k miles recorded.
As soon as I got the tell tale judder/vibrations new ones where fitted. Like others have posted, car was not abused, not sat for long periods and mainly A/M roads.
Only real issue that we had with the old car.

To be honest I think they were obliged to do this since you'd only recently bought the car and it's not a fault that would happen suddenly. Good news!
