Used my car this morning and all was well with listening to the radio, phone connection with bluetooth etc. Stopped for 10 minutes then when I returned to the car, no radio. no nothing. Immediate thought was a blown fuse. The handbook is pretty inadequate as to which fuse to look for so checked on-line and found the fuse location and that it is a 20 amp. Checked all the 20a fuses behind the glovebox and all are well. In fact I checked EVERY fuse regardless of amperage and all is well. There is also a small fuse collection at the side near drivers door. These are also fine.

Everything else electrical works as it should but the complete entertainment unit has no power. Tried all the buttons, including the CD eject - nothing. Sat Nav, nothing.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there another fuse somewhere?

Accurate fuse diagrams for this J10 car are not available. However, diagnostics for US vehicles show both fuses below to be behind the Glove box:

F19 20A - from Batt direct
F4 10A - powered from the Ignition switch

F4 is probably AUX power for the headunit when engine OFF

Check the voltages on both sides of those fuses. If ok you may have a headunit failure of some kind...wiring or unit itself. Difficult to determine at distance

Here's J11 one; not so clear I'm afraid.

Another publication of J11 Fuses is linked below...no doubt of US origin. However, it does match with J11 diagnostics as regards the headunit power via F19. Most of the above appears to be engine control and related. If either F4 or F19 don't power the headunit the fault lies elsewhere...thats if Diagnostics is right?

Did anyone find the answer to this? I'm having the same issue with my 2014 tekna. Tried a new stereo and still no power to it.

I'm guessing you have checked the fuses ?

I found the culprit. Was a 20a fuse (#80) in the driver's side.
