Hi, this is my first post.

I have a J10 - 2007 (57 plate) 2.0 dci and I want to replace the starter motor that temperamental BUT boy what a job I'm having accessing it which the Haynes manual said is down the font of the engine from the top, inbetween the block and the cooling fan moving the turbo pipe out the way and wiring looms but I still can get to it properly and cant see move all the wiring and I cant see that even if I could access it properly it wont come out that way if I could! there must be an easier way that I am missing???

Please anyone!!

Ive also taken both front wheels off and wheel arch covers and there is no access to the starter motor from either side?
