My brother bought a Tesla in lockdown. Simply pay and it's delivered to your door! Then they had to come back and put right numerous small assembly faults!

Hopefully it was just a blip and there are factory loads of new Qashai’s being transported to dealerships in March, just in time for the new ‘22’ registration plates?

As there is a shortage of new cars down to covid; which has made a lot of various parts on shortage including microchips. Some manufacturers that were not selling and now 'getting in there' as they have new cars readily available. Vauxhall, Suzuki have taken advantage of this and are now at the top of the charts. It would be interesting to see if they would still be at the top in 2 years time.

I think highly unlikely - just like the Tesla 3 is unlikely ever to be best selling car as it was in a previous month.

Last month (February) must have been a blip as 5,401 new Nissan Qashqais were registered in the UK in March 2022 making 7,531 registrations in the first 3 months of 2022

The UK's most-bought car in 2022 is on course to be British-built - the first time a motor produced on our shores is the nation's best-seller for 24 years.

The Sunderland-built Nissan Qashqai SUV was the most popular new car entering the roads in November and has extended its full-year lead at the top of the sales charts, moving 4,500 units clear of last year's favourite, the Vauxhall Corsa.

Ford's Mk4 Fiesta was the last UK-made motor to be the best seller when it took the top spot in 1998 when the popular supermini was still being built in Dagenham.

Great colour but it must be a wrap - too reflective to be paint - too good (?) to be photoshop.
