Qashqai 2010 1.5dci starting problem

I drive a Qashqai 2010 1.5dci. First thing in the morning it might take 2-3 times to turn over when it is below 10 degrees then the rest of day starts first time. Have changed battery, glow plugs, glow plug relay, fuel filter but still same problem PLEASE HELP!!!!

Have you checked the actual power to the glow plugs when you switch the ignition on ?

Have you tried switching on the ignition , then waiting 7 to 10 seconds before cranking the engine ?

Yes waited for 7-10 seconds after turning the ignition on but haven't checked actual power going to glow plugs I will try that thanks.
