Can you replace rear arm rest without changing back seats?

Hi all, I was just curious if you can change the rear armrest without changing all of the back seats?

E.g the bit highlighted in green below



I'm looking to buy a used QQ J11b (Tekna) noticed a stain on the armrest, haven't asked if the stain can be removed yet but was curious if I could just replace the armrest itself if the stain won't go.

Any advice info would be really helpful - thank you!

yes but there not cheap to replace, so i would get the stain out as a first option. is it leather

Hi Andy, thanks for the quick response. Yes I believe that part is leather on the J11b Tekna. Here's the actual mark just for reference:



Hopefully it's just some light grease or something. The dealer did mention the car has already been cleaned but I will ask them about it tomorrow. If not can have a go at removing it myself if I buy the car.

Turns out it was just a little grease as the dealer had just had a big Mac before putting it back up. Also the car hasn't gone through its valet yet either which was good to hear.
