Took the car in for an MoT yesterday and passed with no advisories. Cleaning the car today, which you can do when you're retired , and found I have a cracked windscreen. If its out of the wiper swept area than its ok ...... but it will likely spread when you go over bumps due to body flex

Putting it through insurance, nearly £1400 for a new windscreen fitted, so I'll just pay my excess and watch out for the premiums going up next renewal.
