Alarm Won’t Sound

I’m looking for help with my October 2017 Qashqai. The alarm will work but won’t sound and just makes a whirring / running noise. Can anyone help and shed any light on why this is and how to fix it. Thanks.

Can't recall that being raised as an issue before. That said I'm not sure I ever tested mine!

See if you can locate the source of whirring
