Scraping noise when car warmed up

Hello, this is my first post here and thanks for allowing me to register.
I am a proud owner of 2011 automatic Qashqai. Few months ago I started noticing a slight scraping noise coming from the rear. Not loud, it appears some 15 minutes into driving (when the car gets warmed up I guess) and mostly when driving over 60km/h. The sound seems to intensify when lift my leg of the gas pedal and seems to disappear when pressing the brake pedal. The rear brake pads were recently changed and discs polished, but the sound did not go away.
What could this be? Has anyone experienced a similar noise/ situation? I have 135,000 km on the odometer.
