Humming noise at certain speed

Hello,
I have 1.6dci Qashqai 2017 4x4.
I am experiencing issues when going around 100km/h. I have strange humming sound which appears at around 95 and dissappear around 105. I tried changing gears at that speed, gearbox in idle but same problem. Lot of people told me that the tyres are problem. I changed them, done wheel balancing and alignment but still the same. Any idea what can be the issue? I tried google it and came up with driveshaft or differential problems.
