2012 panoramic blind panels separated

Hey all,
I've just purchased a 2012 1.6dci n-tec+ QQ and the 3 blind panels for the panoramic roof are separated from each other so when closing them they don't pull along the next panel. Is it possible to fix these back together with new clips? Purchased or 3d printed maybe?
Also what does it involve in doing so?
