Only left half of heated w/screen working

2016 qashqai and electrical defrost of right half of screen has never worked since I got it two years ago. I've seen a diagram with a relay and two 40A fuses under the left headlight, behind the front bumper.
Can anyone confirm this is correct?
And if yes, is removal of the bumper to gain access required and is it a straight forward task?

The system wiring as below and from Diagnostics. Don't know where the fuses are but relays are likely in the IPDM unit:
No doubt the two 40A fuses are out in the fresh air somewhere? The A/C unit triggers the two relays.
Item indexing may not be correct.
