recommend battery for J11 Tekna 1.5 diesel

Hi guys
What battery is the actual one you need for a J11 Tekna 2014 1.5 diesel with stop start.
I have the stop start stop error and think it is likely the battery but when looking online i get different types etc. EFB, AGM etc. What is the exact recommended or better spec to install?
Any ideas?
