Unable to use Bluetooth, stuck on loading screen J11

Hi all,

I've just purchased our first Nissan and it's a 2014 Acenta. I've been trying to find a solution to pairing a new device and it's driving me crazy!

I've done a factory reset and held down the volume button to restart but nothing! All options are greyed out and it's just stuck in the on position.

Would really appreciate help!

I didn't get that problem with mine. Let's see if someone else can suggest anything.

What device are you trying to pair with? Does that device pair to a Laptop or PC ok?

It was just the first thing to appear without the other options appearing.

It now seems this is becoming a reoccurring problem. Bluetooth just randomly drop on both mine and my wife's handset (Pixel 5 and 6). When I attempt to reconnect, it's just stuck on this loading screen. It starts working a day later and then intermittently drops out.

Does anyone have any idea on what's going on? It's driving me crazy!

What software you on ? D605 is the latest for yours suggest updating it first

Would disconnecting the battery for 5 mins be of any use

I could try this but I have a feeling it's something more sinister

I'd say you have a major problem. The "search" sequence should self terminate if no "discoverable device" detected within a specific time period. There is no simple fix.

Major... I'm not so sure.

It's connect daily since I last posted, just no logical reason. It could be a bug or an actual error. This bigger problem here is replication and it seems no one else had this. I guess it's just a Nissan feature :geek:
