Noise while letting off the gas paddle - Noisy CVT?

Hi all,
My 2011 Qashqai (J10) 2.0 petrol (passed 57K miles without any issues) started to make a whistling noise (something like electric engine noise - I will add a video later on) only when letting off the gas paddle and not while accelerating.
It's noticeable and loader from 40mp/h down to 20mp/h and only while deaccelerating - as soon as I'm pressing the gas even slightly, the noise is gone.
Changed my CVT oil and didn't help - checked all air hoses, and no issue was found.
Any idea? it can be also connected to the CVT bearing failure? any other suggestions?
