I hope I haven't posted this question before but if I did I can't find the answer
I've just got my first Qashqai, J11, which has TPMS. Usually when I replace a tyre the valve gets replaced as well. With a TPMS system do I keep the same valves or get new ones? And if new ones do they have to be Nissan or are there generic makes?
Thanks
TPMS valve replacment

Thanks for the replies. I'm assuming from the reply that the batteries are not replaceable so you need a complete new valve.

Major tyre chains now offer TPMS replacement.
