I have a +2 2013 j10. The other morning the heater blowers won't work.
The climate control panel lights up as normal and I can hear the a/c pump engage if I press the button but no air blow at all.
I checked 2 fuses and both are fine. I suspect the relay but I'm not sure how I would test it, and I'm struggling to even get the relay out to be honest.
Any advice very welcome as I'm freezing my boots off every morning going to work.

My problem remain the same.
I've removed the blower motor and tested its working.
The resistor seems to test OK as best I can tell.
Both fuses are good.
I have tested for power to the blower motor and resistor but there is no power at all.
I wondered if the relay was bad but I can't seem to unplug it. Anyone know how it comes off?

Any other advice very welcome here!

Fuses are both good.

Maybe a stupid question but how do I get the relay out. Its stuck solid by the fuses. Does it clip in?

I thought I'd post back and say I solved this. It was the relay after.
The annoying thing is I removed it and tested that it clicked which it did, but I didn't test that it actually worked. A mistake that cost me loads of time. Got there in the end though.

Hi there. I'm having the same issue. May I ask what relay you are talking about and the location of it.

Many thanks

Hi. It's the fuse panel inside the car. There are two blue fuses. It's the one on the right. I believe the diagram lists it as R2.
It was extremely tight to get it out.

Do you guys know where I can get the same relay you replaced? I’m struggling to find anything at your usual motor factors that’s the same as the removed item!

I’m assuming that it’s a specific one for the car with a part number, judging by what’s written on it
