I’ve attached a couple of pics to show what looks like moisture. I’m going to put a hair dryer on tne outside and crank up the air con to hopefully dry it out. Think this could be the cause?

To my eyes that doesn't look good at all.
Has the windscreen been replaced? I've read comments after having it replaced for whatever reason that some fitters fail to correctly fit the sensor and camera thus leading to all kinds of faults.
If it hasn't I would check the seal from inside the car, I suppose if it is fogging up quite badly during the cold weather this won't help.

The windscreen has never been replaced and the hairdryer trick didn’t work. I guess the only cure is to detach the unit, dry it out and replace / reseal it. Frustrating because the camera works.

I too have the exact same issues - yet to be resolved. When I took it in for service and MOT, they tried a few little things (such as clear fault logs) - but none of it worked. Though it did pass its MOT

Mine also passed the MOT and they gave me the fault log. It shows the camera fault keeps clearing but then returns.

when your out driveing around check your tyre pressure display and see if all 4 tyres are displaying a pressure against them

Yep, all four tyre pressures readings are there

Randomly - my pressure tyres seem relatively high - I certainly didn't increase it that much.
