Oil change intervals confusion and dash info

2016 1.5DCi / J11 K9K

Im little bit confused regarding oil change intervals - by maintenance book found online it says every 30000KM / 18000M or half that if in heavy usage.
By car display maintenance it countdown from SERVICE = 30000KM and FILTER = 15000KM
By my own logic 30k km intervals seem excessive, but i might be used to my old petrol turbo car with 10000km intervals. On the other hand what is "filter" countdown on the dash and why is dfferent from "service" countdown?

Im also findign contradicting info regarding air and fuel filter, Nissan leaflet says every 30k km where lots of mechanics say its too often and 50k km is more reasonable interval.

I have no prior experience with QQ or diesel in general so would gladly hear advice from your experience, thanks.

depending on how many miles you do a year if it`s more than 10.000 then do oil and filter change every 6months. once a year do air and pollen filter, and every 2yrs do the fuel filter. you are not doing any harm changeing them earlier than your supposed to (think the air and pollen filters are every 18 months if you go to nissan)

Hi, thanks but time-interval is not applicable her in my case, car does about 18.000 miles a year of highway&city commute so I will be always going by mileage indication.

21000km since last oil/air/fuel filter change. Internal service counter was showing still 10000km "to go" but "filter" counter was showing 4300km left out of 15000km interval. Its wife's car, no clue if she pressed something inbetween or what. Im having oil+air replaced as we speak now but just want to understand this interval mileage confusion...

If the service mileage is reset it goes to 18.000 and goes down as you drive. You'll be fine getting it done yearly. The simple service things keeps the car running good

I always heared that a full service should be done once a year or every 10k km, whichever comes first.
My 1.5 dCi 2016 QQ has very weak bearing pans end they recomend changing the oil and filters every 6 months to keep the engine in good condition.

Go on youtube, ask someone for help and you will get a grip of doing it properly yourself. That saves half of the costs.
