Hi All,

I wonder if any of you can help?

My Qashqai (2010) failed its MOT as the rear drivers suspension arm was corroded and also required a new rear drivers side brake caliper.

I had it booked in for the work to be done (not cheap) - dropped it off this morning to get a phone call just after lunch to advise they are unable to complete the work as they can't find the part that fits.....

They had 3 different parts from 3 different suppliers (ordered using reg and VIN) but none of them fit!

I've sent a request to my local Nissan parts department to see if they can help acquire the correct part but thought I'd check on here to see if any one else has had the same issue?

The part isn't cheap so feel I will have my pants pulled down even further if I have to get it from main dealer parts.

Any thoughts are welcome :)

what part could`nt they fit brake caliper or suspension arm ?

try these apec AST3023 Outer, Rear Axle £25, Left, Lower. apec AST3024 Outer, Rear Axle, Right, Lower £25
i would get both sides done at same time.

brake caliper Febi 181149 Brake Caliper around £44

hopefully these will help you ;-)

Sorry, it was the suspension arm they couldn't find the correct part for.

no problem, it may help you if the garage can tell you what brand they tried and didn`t seem to fit ?
