Hi

I did an update on the Nissan Connect app as asked, and after installing lost connection with the car.

2 days later and after deleting and installing the app numerous times, the app was still dead. I uninstalled the app again.

I decided to make a fresh account with Nissan on my laptop and lo and behold the old account popped up. But without my car details ?.

Went to the add a car screen and entered the VIN as asked . The reply was " This VIN is not supported".

Any ideas please, as Nissan are not replying.
