Squeak from rear-ish

Recently I've noticed an odd squeak coming from the car. I went to the rear, opened the boot and pushed down and sort of heard it but when closing the boot I heard a metal noise, upon inspection directly under the boot under the car there's a piece of metal/tin that can be moved without issues. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before?

Try and post a photo of the bit of metal that you noticed moves about

It's under the bumper so I can't really get a photo of it, I'll try tomorrow when weather has cleared hopefully.

Is this "metal/tin" the exhaust heat shield by chance?
On my previous J10 this used to make some pretty weird noises. It cured itself one day on a dual carriageway at speed, it fell off!

Does it look something similar to this?
