Old 1.6 vs New 1.3 engine

I am looking to buy NQ from around 2018-2019, i see there are 1.6 and 1.3 engines, 163hp or 140-160hp

Can you let me know the pros and cons of both engines? Should i get the old engine or the new turbo one?
