Qashqai Model: Mk.3 Qashqai - J12 (2021+) New Model

Hi, first time posting so excuse the ignorance!

I’ve googled and looked through the manual but I can see if there’s a way to lock the car without the alarm being activated when I leave my dog in the car to pop into shops (left responsibly btw). I’ve seen people talk about a button by the sunroof button but there’s nothing there on my Kuro (23).

Anyone got any ideas?

You can, 100%, disable the internal sensors.
As it’s a brand new car, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to pop into your dealer and ask.
Perhaps someone on here will be able to talk you through it, it’s just a matter of waiting for someone to spot your question

I think your post Gel is for earlier QQ's. Perhaps on the newer models that option isn't there.

Yeah of course you’re right Mike, I’ll email the dealer. I just thought I’d ask on here because I’d been lurking for a bit and thought I’d sign up.

Instead of deactivating the alarm system,Buckshot Roulette you can use a pet carrier or crate inside the car which provides your dog with their own space and protects them from unexpected movements or bumps.
