Rattle/Tapping from rear suspension

Anyone else had this noise which sounds like a cable tapping noise from the rear o/s or n/s suspension?

back to the dealer if i was you get them to sort it as a new car.

Already have. New shock absorber n/s/r which fixed the problem, which I had to wait months for. Then to top it all the other side started rattling.

Turns out there is a fix of pumping special grease up somewhere around the shock absorber mounting and panel. Had this done but still have intermittent rattle to o/s/r.

Love the car but it’s testing my patience.

Strange why they never replaced the shock on the other side if it fixed the problem instead of pumping it full of grease and hopeing it would stop squeaking

Agree, but what are the chances of having two faulty rear shock absorbers on a new car.

I feel the grease option is just a bodge/hit and hope fix as I asked the manager if this was an official recall and was told no.

It took nearly three months to get one shock absorber, which was a joke.
