Just bought 2 items for my 23 Reg Qashqai that did not fit (covers for the door lock clasp and covers for the air vents on the dashboard top)
Filled in refund claim forms for both items and within 5 minutes told refunds approved and to keep the items and emails from PayPal saying refund received.
Can’t complain at that kind of service.
