Adhesive pad on seatbelt buckle?

It appears there are adhesive pads on seatbelt buckles; the one on the driver's door side is somehow worn. How could I replace this?

Get a piece of felt and double sided sticky tape and cut to size. Job done

I just installed pieces of soft rubber foam on both sides of seat belt buckle. It’s way better than original felt like tape which is not as effective to prevent disturbing “knock noise” when seat buckle hit the seat or B pillar plastic cover while cornering.
