Hi everyone,
I have a 2012 Qashqai and my key fobs work absolutely fine.
My physical key which I have 2 of do not unlock the door.
1 key turns both way and the other does not turn at all.
Any ideas what it could be? Worn keys or barrel?
Thanks
Physical key won't open door

Hi,
I've managed to get the barrell out and it's not connected to anything...I can feel 2 cables, should these be connected to the barrell?
No way of reaching the cables so will have to take the door card off.

Have a REALLY close look at your keys. I had a spare blade cut last year, and foolishly, never tried it out. When I did, it wouldn't work. The spare was VERY slighly different, 5 minutes with a Dremel and it was fine. Seems strange that one key works, while a second one doesn't. It's got to be the key.

Can you not see the wires at the bottom of door once you have taken the inside of door trim and speaker off. You may need a little tool like this to grab the wires https://www.toolstation.com/magnetic-pi ... ool/p72443
