Just looking for some advice,
The reverse lights have stopped working on the Mrs 2009 qashqai so I've been reading that's it's normally the the reverse light switch that is faulty... (checked fuses & lamps)
I've ordered a new one to swop it over,
Now the question is the old one is located just under the battery and is unscrewed in via a 24m long reach socket but I will have to disconnect and remove the battery to get to it,
I'm worried that disconnecting the battery will wipe everything and it will cause me issues starting the car back up once it's reconnected,
Am I correct in this or is it me just over thinking?
