- Arrived in the UK for the first time ten days ago
- In general I consider myself a Auto noob. Drove a Nissan Versa SV in the US for 9 years. First owner, faced absolutely no issues other than routine tire change. This was my only vehicle in my life.
- Not eligible for financing as I am new to the UK so I plan to purchase outright.
- Looking for a mid sized SUV with good fuel economy (fuel prices are crazy in the UK!)
Getting a lot of decent (I think) offers for the Qashqai on Autotrader. I am test driving one tomorrow and potentially one more later this week.

How should I go about price negotiation? Some that I can think of:
- Ask for a lower price
- Ask for free options
- Free delivery
What should I look for when buying used vehicles? Belt, engine, brakes, tires etc
