Cars turns but won't start

Hi guys wonder if anyone could help so I bought a code reader because my car was struggling and turns out it was the fuel pressure regulator so I've replaced it pretty easy to do just a bit fiddly just unscrew it and unplugged all the connections plug them back in ive cleared the codes on car and but it won't start it turns but won't kick I now get P0087 fuel rail pressure any advice would be great

guess it wasn`t the fuel pressure regulator after all if problem is still there. two things i would get checked out are glow plugs/ spark plugs and battery, to see what condition they are in :?:

Update so I put the old regulator back in and the car starts fine so either the new one is a dud or It's need to be programed some how to the car
