Hi, I apologize if it has already been asked but it doesn't seem like it to me.
I have a qashqai j11b 1.3 dig-t 160cv 2020 that does this strange thing when it starts since the first day I picked it up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lduFhPPzrtE.
I have been to the official workshop several times but they said it is normal which doesn't seem like it to me.
It's not very clear from the video but tomorrow I will make a more detailed video of the engine but in the meantime I will try to explain it in words.
When it tries to start, it seems that the starter motor is struggling and therefore the whole car shakes and then it starts without problems and makes that "stack" type noise (you can hear it in the video at second 11) and I must say that it is very annoying.
Sometimes in a totally random way it starts without shaking like a normal car.
The battery has been replaced with an oversized AGM from Varta. What do you think causes this?
In my opinion the starter motor is undersized, in your opinion?
