Car booked in on 20th Sept, earliest that they could do with a courtesy car.
Definitely no freezing cold aircon today, even set at 16° it's still warm air blowing through the vents, just had to roll down all four windows to keep cool as it's showing 26° outside temperature.
The noise isn't very reassuring at all, select air conditioning and it starts hissing and gurgling, the Mrs said it's likened to a kettle rumbling whilst boiling.
Definitely coming from directly behind the control panel and more towards the drivers side? It happens on start up, hissing whilst driving and the same noise that appears on start up when the car is turned off.
I'll definitely update the post on Nissan's findings after the inspection.
Not sure if it is related or not but the car is stalling/cutting out again whilst approaching a junction or stationary.
The car initially went back to the dealership in April and I believe that an update was installed, haven't had a problem until last Friday afternoon and looks to be back again 😞
Oh the joys of QQ ownership!

Turn the air con off, you could damage the compressor. They normally lubricate from the air con gas and if you haven't got any, no lubrication.

Thanks for the warning, we have it set to 16° without aircon and even at that temp setting its blowing warm air, we will just have to have the windows open to keep relatively cool whilst we have this lovely weather.
Had a look at the condenser last night, couldn't see any visible damage from stones, just the odd dead fly, and no visible dark staining as I believe Dave had stated earlier, infact it still very shiny and looks like new.
