FIRMWARE VERSION
Tried three memory sticks from different manufacturers (8, 16, 32 GB), update error. The official Nissan dealer in my region offers only unit replacement. Perhaps this version of d605 is not specifically suitable for my head unit

i remember the post now, you may be out of luck then not been able to update. may be a faulty head unit. maybe your best option is to get a 2nd hand one from scrapyard, ebay etc, but you will need to go to a nissan garage for them to unlock it to your car
Thanks for your answers, andy2019. I think it's worth trying another versions of the software (D502, D554). I noticed one feature, Windows 10 creates an additional hidden directory "System volume information" on memory stick, even formated in fat32, Windows 7 - not. So, maybe it matters....

Yes, it is. I’ve unpacked the archive directly to the memory stick with winrar and get the same structure. Tried transcend, apacer and corsair memory sticks. Result is the same - after initialization of the updating process 0/100 update failed 
. Have an idea to try usb cable with additional power. Also to buy Toshiba memory stick (thanks, andy2019).
