Displayed Stop/Start Auto Fault for the past two days and finally won't start at all this evening.

New battery and plugs replaced 2 years ago.

Any ideas and solutions from anyone?
correct batt fitted EFB type ??, glow-plug heater heater relay would be another thing to look at

Same problem here on my J10 1.5. New glow plugs, new fuel filter. new starter motor , (burned my last one out trying to start the bitch) new glow plug relay. (the smaller more square one). Nothing works so far. I have checked on other sites with similar problems and they mention engine block temperature as possibly giving false readings. My glow plug light is on for barely a second like a hot engine would produce. So tomorrow, I'm going fishing for oil temp and water temp sensors. If I get to the bottom of this, I will post the hopeful cure asap.

I would earnestly wait for your update. I am having exact problem

I only replaced the fuel filter yesterday and observed air could be getting in thru the primer bulb, I was excited I had fixed it because I made it firm enough and it appeared to start ok first time after the filter change. But so dissappointed this morning to try it only to do the usual struggle start of longer cranking of 3 to 4 times, its so frustrating .

Updates. Genuine Nissan primer bulb and the larger glow plug relay box replaced. The only thing that helps is the weather getting warmer in the mornings. My hair loss is galloping and so is my blood pressure.

I think I got a solution to mine. The primer bulb connector did not appear firm enough to click when connected. So I ordered an original Nissan Primer bulb from ebay. and the starting has actually improved, it starts on a single attempt.
I think it was air that was in the fuel supply line-
change primer bulb with the filter

I have the same problem. I have a 2013 J10 1,5 DCI with a K9K-430 engine.
I have replaced fuel-filter, glow plugs, Glow Relay (R2) and Additional Heater Control Unit (E57).

Does anyone have a wire diagram for the glow control circuit on this model (2010-2013)?
(I have the wire diagram for the 2007-2010 model and will attatch it. But it does not have the correct wiring layout for a car with a Glow Relay and an Additional Heater Control Unit).

You can check that the glow relay (small box) receives +12V on pin 4. You can also check the condition of your glow plugs by ohming between the negative battery pole and pin 2, 7, 1 and 6 at the glow relay.
A good glow plug should be less than 1 ohm.

Reason for fault on my car:

Fuse box in engine compartment.
Fuse - Glow plug control unit, Coolant Heater (100A).
Connector melted and Fuse burned, but still some contact.
Was able to mesasure +12V at Glow Plug Relay pin 4, but the connector could not lead any current.

Picture 1, Zoom in and check the left fuse.
Picture 2, Burned connector.

My 2012 dci is the same, changed most parts and no different. I have no codes either.
