Scenario.. drove car in the too work all fine. Jumped in the car in the evening and orange/red check light on.. odb2 scanner read "glow plug a/relay"

Drove home as cleared the dtc... but red light stayed on (starts normaly). Stopped at a shop.. walked back too car.
Rear lights glowing when approached car..

So far ive done..
Changed all glow plugs..
Sourcing a relay.. with no luck.
Replaced brake light switch (first assummed it was brakes illuminated)

Company odb scanner attached (work for a coach company) . No dtc's present..

But...
Red Engine Light Still lit up.
Rear lights still illuminated..

Help pls b4 i have to take too nissan with a tub of ky
