Hi all, I've recently bought a 2017 1.5 Diesel, with 17000 miles on the clock, and which has had its 18000 mile service. Unfortunately, the service warning light had not been reset, and has now come on at around 18600 miles, and I cannot remove it. When I access the service menu using the menu selected from the LH side of the stg wheel and select reset, it shows a series of dashes, as per other resets, but then the original mileage returns after a couple of seconds. I've tried holding the selector switch in and various other combinations. but nothing seems to work. Can somebody please help me with this?

It's under warranty; ask a dealer to reset it.
