Yes you can, but buttons will not work. You must change resistance like shown below or change dashboard too!

Hi, so is just a matter of just changing the one resister?
Is that what the current colour code pinouts are, or is that what they need to be

I did change mine at one point it seemed to be alright the only problem was the 2 buttons on the bottom left hand side did not seem to work so I changed back to the original one. I must admit it did look great . I’ve got the Nissan qashqai Jim n vision 2017
