changing qashqai j10 drivers seat to j11 seat

Does anyone know if a Qashqai J10 drivers seat can be changed to that from the J11 model. I have a 2012 1.6 Tekna with the leather seat but its extemely hard, the base cushion is too small and the side walls offer little support in a corner. It has a built in heater, has a is a manual movement and has the airbag. I see the J11 seat is softer, has better sidewalls and has electric movement and developed by NASA so that can't be bad. Will one fit my J10 - has anyone done this conversion before ?
