Esp, slip and engine light on

Hoping this is the right places to post. Bought a qasqui+2 tekna 2012 today and after 30 miles slip and esp light came on Orange and engine light came on red. It was cold and possibly icy. Could this cause the lights to come on. Thank you

16anreedr, try using the search button at the top of the forum. Use a variety of different key words such as ESP, engine warning light, traction control etc. It seems there can be a variety of reasons for yiur predicament.
