Husband cleaned the touchscreen with small amount of product - not wet and it doesnt work. what do i do. This has disabled my sat nav/phone use of touchscreen.

What exactly did you use?

windowlene or similar he said just a small amount on a magic cloth..

Mari, I think you should ban the Windolene and read this, do not forget the Screen is Flexible not glass. What I use is a Microfibre Cloth and a “SPECTRAL” Spray Foam Cleaner on the cloth used for PC / Laptop / Plasma / LCD Screens etc - Dave

I wouldnt have used that but unfortauntaly hubby is not a techie and thought he was doing good!
Hoping for a how to 'mend the problem' response from the forum before I contact Nissan!!

I think it's going to be a pelican job...............................large bill.

Mari, you might be able to call it a fault but I doubt it will work with the Dealer. FYI we had our Connect System replaced under Guarantee last year and the said price was €4500 Whoops ! - Dave
