J11 2014 Vehicle Information display has gone to white screen

I had the same problem this morning (-2°C) I disconnected the batteries and everything works so far. I hope it won't happen again

Hi, the same problem has happened several times on my 2014 Qashqai. It's usually cold in the morning. (Example 0 - 2℃) But I haven't been able to solve the problem yet. +Again, in cold weather, the front passenger window goes down, but does not go up. Neither from its own panel nor from the driver's panel.

you tried the batt off for 30mins yet

Hi, I have been having this issue for several years and have been unable to find a solution (neither has the dealer). I changed the battery and it fixed it for a couple of week then started happening again. When the weather gets cold it happens regularly, in fact during the Winter months every morning the screen goes white.

Did anyone find a suitable solution?

I just have a feeling that if I pay for a new screen the issue will re-appear.

Design defect on cold weather maybe? I wonder if that's solder contraction on display board or 12V battery that gets weak at cold weather and when starting the display (opening the door before starting up the engine) due to insufficient voltage gets stuck on a glitched state.
