Our 2013 heater/blower is not very warm anymore especially on the passenger side. What could this be please?

Welcome to this forum.

I'd only be guessing but perhaps if you gave some more information others might be able to assist.

For example:

Model - mark 1 (J10) or Mark 2 (J11)
Manual AC or climate? If the latter, since it's dual zone, what happens if you adjust the settings?
Is the fan still operating normally?
Is the flow of air out of each of the vents: windscreen, face, side and footwell as expected?
Does "not very warm" actually mean cold or is there some heat?
When was it last serviced - and specifically when was the pollen filter last changed? Have you extracted it to have a look at it? Is it damp?

Hi all

Just bought a 67 plate 1.6 dci tenka + and I love it apart from I'm getting a really cold draft at my feet. My heaters work fine and blow really hot from all vents and if I put my hand down under towards the footwell under the steering wheel I can feel warm air on the left side however its overpowered by cold air but i cant tell where or what is csusing the cold air, my feet end up freezing. Any help would be appreciated
