Any Android head unit use the info display (between the dials)

As per the title, is there any Android head unit out there that uses the display between the dials, especially for Sat nav directions etc?

I can't think of anyone who has successfully installed an Android unit, off the top of my head.
In my defence I don’t usually read them after the first post, so happy to be proved wrong.

The Dasaita Px6 Max Android Head units use the small info display between the dials for Radio Stations and other media info but not navigation.
