Brownie, I thought you had the right to become a Customer Car (possibly the get out here is if available) when your car is being Serviced and when it is Major like yours I think the Dealer should pull something out of the Bag for you, perhaps a Hire Car or a Salesman’s Car
There is a Nissan Customer Service Policy that States „Free Customer Car“ and just as an example have you followed these points - see attached.
What I would do is speak to the General Mgr. and then get on the Blower and confirm by email the problem to NCS if not already done. Just as an example I spoke to NCS Germany last week on a Technical enquiry, I confirmed it by email and I have a Case No. and return email and it is in „Black & White“ - Good Luck Dave
